Chemical Changes: SLIME!

Matter changes are either physical or chemical. On Friday, we used everyday liquids to create a chemical reaction resulting in a solid. The recipe is easy: Dissolve a teaspoon of borax in a cup of hot water. Use a large plastic drinking cup to mix the solution. Then squeeze an entire 4 oz bottle of Elmer’s glue into the borax solution. Put your hand in the cup and form a gooey ball. Remove from liquid, drain, and have fun with your homemade slime!
